SalesStream includes a comprehensive Warehouse Dispatch feature:
- Orders entered via EPOS in any store can be ‘pushed’ into the warehouse dispatch queue.
- Monitors on the warehouse wall display a list of jobs to be picked and staff select a job and tag it with their name.
- As the job progresses the count is double checked and ultimately lands in dispatch where serial numbers are collected and consignment numbers are linked to the job.
- Automated template based emails keep your customer in touch all the way.
- Back to back orders are catered for and jobs may be held whilst items arrive to complete orders.
