Adjusting/Correcting a Customer Account

1) Click the ‘Customer’ icon on the Cloud Dashboard
2) Search for the Customer you wish to work with
3) Click ‘Select’ on the relevant search result so that it is highlighted
4) Click the ‘Accounts’ button – an account summary is displayed
5) Click the ‘Manage Account’ button

You will then be presented with the following options :

Change a Credit Limit

1) Enter the new Credit Limit Value in the text box
2) Click the :: button

Make a Payment to an Account

1) Enter the new Payment Value and a Payment Note, i.e. Cheque #4635272 in the text box
2) Click the :: button

Credit Account Opening Amount

1) Enter the opening account Balance (either Positive or Negative as relevant)
2) Click the :: button

Credit Account Corrections

1) To Charge/Debit Adjust an Account enter the adjustment value , i.e. £1000.00 in the first text box and click the :: button
2) To Pay Off/Credit Adjust an Account enter the adjustment value, i.e. £450.00 in the second text box and click the :: button

Write Off An Account (for Bad Debts)

1) Enter the word ’WriteOff’ in the text box and click the :: button Search for the Customer you wish to work with
2) Click ‘Select’ on the relevant search result so that it is highlighted
3) Click the ‘Accounts’ button – an account summary is displayed
4) Click the ‘Manage Account’ button

** Note : A security Audit Log is shown at the bottom of the page displaying any adjustments with a date/time stamp and operator name.
