Forecasting Function

1) Click the ‘Purchase Orders’ icon on the Cloud Management Dashboard
2) Begin/Start your Purchase Order as you would normally, instead of adding your Products based on Min/Max Stock Levels or Manually click the ‘Forecast’ button on the menu bar

Forecasting

You can build a ‘Forecast’ of there are a number of options available:

– Filter by Sales in the Last 30 Days
– Filter by Sales in the Last 7 Days
– One Weeks Cover Less Than or Equal to Zero
– Free Stock Less Than or Equal to Zero

3) Choose the relevant options and click the ‘Build Forecast’ button, choose a Category from the Drop-Down Box to filter these results. You will be shown the following information in the results grid:

– SKU/PLU
– Description
– Category
– Design
– Item Size
– Colour
– FreeStock (at the chosen Ordering Location)
– Reserved (any qty of this Item reserved for a Customer)
– Sales in the Last 30 Days
– Sales in the Last 7 Days
– On Order (the Qty of the Product already on Order with the chosen Supplier but not yet Received)
– Cover Weeks (the amount of Stock Cover you have in Weeks based on Recent Sales and Current Stock Level)
– Default Order Qty (a system note to assist you when ordering Qtys of Product)

5) Enter the Relevant Qtys you wish to order in the ‘Rqd’ column and click ‘Save Requirement’
6) Click ‘Add to PO’ button to add these Items + Qtys to your Purchase Order, you will see a pop-up message
7) Click ‘OK’
8) Complete your Purchase Order as you normally would
